There is no commitment. Having a subscription allows us to better forecast stock and offer you a better price. To cancel the subscription, simply send us an email, or you can do it yourself through your profile.

Yes! Once you have the subscription, you can increase or decrease the frequency to suit your needs. You can modify your subscription from your profile, or write to us and we will be happy to help!

For all Home Essentials subscriptions (Degreaser, Descaler, Glass Cleaner, Multi-Surfaces) and Hand Dishwashing, you'll notice two prices: the first price includes the full pack, and from the second shipment onwards, you only pay for the refill. This way, you get a model that is not only more sustainable for the environment but also more economical for your wallet.

This Green Friday, we are collaborating with four associations and NGOs (FAADA and El Hogar, Arrels, Caritas, and Affected by DANA). We will donate 1 wash for every 2€ spent. For example, if your shopping cart totals 50 euros, we will donate 25 washes. Additionally, you will be able to choose the association at the end of the checkout process. Each association will use the donations for a specific cause. For instance, Arrels will help clean the clothes of homeless people, and Affected by DANA will use the donations to clean the damages, clothes, and materials affected by the recent torrential rains.

Here’s a brief overview of the missions of the different associations:

👉🏼 Arrels, which provides medical care, accommodation, and emotional support to those in need in Barcelona.
👉🏼 Caritas, which helps mothers and children in vulnerable situations by providing them with a home and security.
👉🏼 Affected by DANA, who still need help due to the destruction caused by the DANA storm.
